Helpful Information

Buying a house or property can be involved and complex.  An attorney can be a valuable source for guidance in addition to providing sound legal advice.  After you find the house you want to buy, you or your real estate agent want to make an offer by signing a proposed contract.  The contract will cover most of the particulars of the sale.  It is always best to consult your attorney before you sign a contract and give him a chance to review the proposed contract.

You have the right to select your own attorney who will represent you at the closing of the home you are buying.  That decision is entirely up to you.  Once you have made your selection, your attorney and his staff will begin coordinating the many aspects of the closing.  Your attorney will be there with you at your closing to explain the documents that will require your signature.
